  1. Meet Clients to understand the nature of their business, corporate culture and philosophy
  2. To understand Clients’ needs for the roles in great details in order to find suitable candidates
  3. Clients to sign our service contract
  4. Search for the right candidates with all our available resources including our in-house database, advertisement on job boards, website, social media, networking, and so forth.
  5. Screen, interview, profile, select, test and reference candidates
  6. Send only the most suitable CVs to Clients
  7. Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
  8. Interviews successful & Clients make offer to candidates
  9. Invoice Clients on candidates’ start date
  10. Clients to pay outstanding accounts on due date

  9. Office to register candidates on payroll
  10. Once a week, Clients/candidates to send completed Time Sheet Form to us
  11. Invoice Clients on a weekly basis
  12. Clients to pay outstanding accounts on due date
