A well-established company in the Software Sector are recruiting for an energetic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join their successful team in the Poole. This role represents an exciting opportunity for someone with previous selling experience to fast track their career and join this bold and creative Company. The Sales Executive will receive a competitive salary as well as excellent benefits.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound reach
  • Engage potential clients through calls, emails and social media
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customise product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Proactively seek new opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between clients and Account Managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

The Sales Executive must have the following experience:

  • A minimum of 18 months experience ideally in a B2B business development role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple selling techniques
  • Track record of achieving targets
  • Understanding of performance metrics
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

In return the Sales Executive will receive a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 DOE with a realistic OTE of £50,000. You will receive excellent benefits such as uncapped commission and generous holiday allowance.
