A well-established, dynamic agency based in Hampshire are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to join their ambitious team. This role will be Field based so the ideal candidate can come from anywhere in the country so long as they are able to work from home and in the field.

As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
- Taking a lead role in the generation, introduction and growth of new clients within our core sectors – Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Building Design, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical
- Identifying new recruitment opportunities
- Building strong client relationships
- Winning and developing key accounts
- Presenting to Director/Board level
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven previous Business Development Manager
- Experience with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Building Design, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical experience
- Any previous knowledge or experience in selling service solutions and / or recruitment services would be desirable.
- The ideal candidate will have a client portfolio they can bring with them from day one, adding value and company growth from the beginning
- Have the ability to work remotely / from home, potentially with some international travel.
In return the Business Development Manager will receive a salary of £35,000-£45,000 + company car + a generous bonus scheme as well as excellent company benefits. You will be required to come into the Hampshire based office at least twice monthly.
This role will be one of a three person BDM team.
